www.nightweekly.com Meeting Rubber Doll is like meeting a female comic book hero in the flesh. Wearing her super-high-heel boots, red latex catsuit and matching corset, she seems somehow larger, and certainly shinier, than life.
She has a knockout smile, which, when
accompanied by a zipper perfectly positioned to reveal just the right
amount of tantalizing cleavage, can easily throw a guy both physically
and mentally off balance. But, super powers aside, who is this
chick? (In case you're wondering, no I won't be revealing her
real name, as I am sworn to protect her secret identity.)
Rubber Doll is a native of South Florida,
and she currently resides in the Fort Lauderdale area. As her
name may suggest, she is a fetish model and performer. Beyond
that, she is a very canny and successful entrepreneur.
Starting out more than a decade ago in the
Goth scene, an almost mythical time when such exquisite diversity
could still be found on Miami Beach, the baby bat who would become
Rubber Doll loved to dress up to go out. And over time, she
managed to collect a closet full of beautiful dresses and other gothic
garments. However, after visiting a fetish club, she sold all
the velvet and satin, and bought clothes in a material with a little
more kink: rubber.
"it was a total transformation to a
point that a lot of people didn't recognize me."
Wearing rubber is an expensive pastime,
that's for sure. The outfits she is wearing as we sit and talk
would retail at more than $1,000 with some of her "really nice
ones" costing as much as $2,000.
Her personal fetish goes beyond the
clothes through. Rubber Doll says she's bisexual and
particularly enjoys using such toys as strap-ons, a device known as
the violet wand for electrical play and, of course, spanking, which
almost goes without saying. Thwack!
When asked what she would say to those of
more vanilla tastes who may be interested in finding out more about fetish,
she replied, "Don't be intimidated by the unknown.
Explore and be surprised by how much you enjoy it."
Rubber Doll discovered that she could earn
a living with her passion and, being into the Internet, she started
her own amateur site eight years ago to share her fetish with
like-minded individuals.
"I went from an amateur site to
making a living, " she said, "never imagined it would
really take off like this. It was a lot of work and rewarding to
see it grow"
Unlike the case of many women in the world
of erotic entertainment, men are not exploiting Rubber Doll. She
is businesswoman first and, as she says, "started from
nothing" she owns RubberDoll.net, makes and sells her own videos
and organizes the photo shoots.
Currently, the shiny one is focusing on
three aspects of her career - live performance. Web sites and
videos. She thinks, however, that videos are going down as
source of income as the Internet becomes an easier way to get film
clips.
When asked the Rubber Doll will do when
she's 50, she thinks about it for a moment, and then the entrepreneur
shines through the already shiny exterior. The goal, she says,
is to "move behind the camera."
Her second website enterprise is called
ShinySluts.com, and for this one girls, supplies wardrobe, does the
make up and manages the production of the video clips and the still
photography. So. although not a professional dominatrix, this
lady is certainly in charge.
Any she believes wholeheartedly that
"everyone should follow their kink."
